  DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. I paid for an ultrasound and they didn't ask me if I wanted to be in the room during the procedure. Afterward, I was told there were 40+ pictures and that they would be emailed to me the next day. (FRONT DESK). I said OK. When I called back (2 days later), I was told they did not take any pictures because it was a “quick ultrasound.” That makes no sense to me. I paid for an ultrasound, and no one explained that there were different options, like a “quick ultrasound” versus a “full ultrasound.” I was charged one price, and I expected to receive what I paid for. When I was there, I specifically asked about the pictures, and I was told they would be emailed after being processed on the computer. I said okay and waited. Now I am being told there are no pictures. I do not understand why it is wrong for a customer to ask for the ultrasound images, especially after paying for the service. If you charged me for an ultrasound, I should be able to see proof that the ultrasound was done and receive the pictures I was told I would get. At this point, I do not trust this place anymore. I feel like I did not receive what I paid for, and I will be contacting my credit card company because this feels very misleading. There is no apology message that will fix this. I just want the ultrasound pictures I was told I would receive because I paid the full ultrasound price. again DO NOT TAKE THE DOG TO THIS PLACE. While I was there, I overheard another billing issue at the front desk where the amount had to be corrected after the customer questioned it. That made me more concerned about my own bill and the service I was being charged for, so I asked for proof of the ultrasound images and look where we are now LOL BE CAREFUL.

  Great customer service and pet insurance plan options! Betsy has always been very kind and helpful anytime I’ve called with questions or needed to schedule an appointment for my kitties! I used to go to Naugatuck VCA for years, but when they closed I switched to Southbury and have not been disappointed! Thank you for all of the care and support you provide to our furry family!
