  Not happy with the long wait to be seen today. My dog gets very nervous at the vet and being around other dogs. Otherwise, the staff and service was good. Glad I have insurance as the cost would have been a lot for routine care.

  Dr. Tschirch is a wonderful vet—very calm and kind with our anxious dog. She is very responsive to questions and the staff is quick to follow up

  I feel VCA in SW is overpriced for the 15 minutes you get from the Vet. We bring 2 cats and get a BIG $24 credit off the office visit price. Give me a break. You see both of them and there should at least be 50% discount off 2nd cats office fee. Vet is friendly. Greeter at front desk, not so much...

  Excellent practice from the front staff to the doctor. Our cat was treated with love and professionalism. After a horrible experience at another vet, we were concerned of establishing with a new practice. The assistant was caring and loving. We saw Dr. Willis who was so kind and did an extensive assessment where our Cat did not complain at all. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved pets.
