  Jacob C was the greatest. My phone had broken and I was weary about spending the money for an upgrade. Jacob spoke to me about all my options and ultimately helped me land on the best option for me. Apple is very fortunate to have a worker as good as Jacob.

  I will not be returning to this store. The employees’ behavior was extremely rude. Today, my grandmother purchased a tablet, and the staff found and completed the transaction in less than five minutes. However, after the purchase, we requested assistance setting up the tablet. Despite the store being relatively empty and having not received any help for approximately 25 minutes, we were not assisted. My grandmother approached the individual who handled our payment to inquire about the availability of assistance. To our surprise, a passive-aggressive employee immediately approached us and stated, “So go ahead and open the tablet,” without introducing himself, as the tablet was already open. I informed him that we were attempting to transfer data from the old tablet to the new one, which was connected to the charger. He responded, “So move over there.” Another employee later suggested that the employee should have moved the charger closer to us. I ultimately requested assistance from another employee due to his rude and passive-aggressive behavior. Shortly thereafter, the store manager arrived and displayed condescending behavior. I am uncertain whether this treatment was due to our race (black), but it is unacceptable. As a result, I requested a refund and visited Best Buy, where I purchased the same product for $60 less and received significantly better customer service. I observed that the Apple Store staff are generally pleasant and efficient until a purchase is made, at which point the true lack of customer service and biases become apparent. I strongly advise against visiting this store. GO TO BEST BUY.

  Customer service leaves a lot to be desired considering their prices. Amazon shouldn’t be more convenient when I’m in the area and not even making a special trip. I will never come back. Would rather go to Best Buy

  I set my appointment for the Genius Bar and arrived on time. A staff member greeted me warmly, looked up my appointment, and directed me to the chairs at the rear of the sales floor. Within minutes a technician arrived, reviewed my information, and listened while I described my problem. What I thought was a cracked screen was instead a cracked screen protector. The tech was excellent in his manner and diagnostic skills, even for what turned out to be my incredibly simple issue. Also, everyone around me seemed to be pleased with the services they were receiving. I have had very good luck with the Apple products I've used, so it's good to know there is a local shop that provides great service I can trust.
