  My cat should have been tested for feline leukemia on the first initial visit I made the vet aware he was rescue off the street I found some the staff answering the phone to be rude & lacking compassion. When my cat got sick they did not make room for an appointment for my cat that was their patient I got the care wellness plan & it only covered annual check up & annual shots if the cat was sick it would cover the walk-in fee but NO other services when I did the math it was the same as paying out of pocket maybe & extra walk-in but who is going to just go to a vet for simply a walk-in with no other services being needed.THEN when it was obvious my cat was not going to recover they tried charging me over $ 600 to put the cat to sleep

  Worst staff ever. Do yourself a favor and keep looking because the office staff and manager are extremely unprofessional. I will be seeking a new vet due to their negligent misrepresentation. Alba and the manager, Nicole lied to a rescue on my behalf saying I couldn’t care for my animals when my animals have been on wellness plans for the entire 4years I was with them. Don’t trust these people, you will regret it. They give their own personal opinion rather than facts when you give them permission to share information. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I should have switched vets 3years ago when this clinic misdiagnosed my yorkie with a heart murmur and it costed me upwards of $1,000 to see a specialist only to find out, there was no heart murmur but no I gave them another chance. Fooled me twice! P.S. My daughter still got her cat 👍

  This place has always been great, the staff are very friendly. You can really tell they care about the animals they work with. I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and I recommend them to everybody I know
