  Awful, 300+ dollars later and had to go to.a another vet because they did absolutely nothing. Was told it was too late in the day to sedate and shave my pups wound area and properly care for and clean it. Then why accept apointements when you are open for 2 more hours??? Then I'm given some generic meds they give everyone and completely ignored my dogs other symptoms. When they reached out the following day to check on my dog (automessage) they then didnt respond. When I finally got ahold of someone to discuss my dogs conditioned worsened they call tell me to send any pics and the doctor will call/text back. We'll guess what no call or text. If you actually care about your pet and don't want it to die from neglect I would go anywhere else but here

  Very rude staff very dismissive of your own experience with your dog. I’m not someone who thinks I’m smarter than the doctor but I do know my dog better in a behavioral sense and they wrote she had a bite history in her notes which she doesn’t we have been with her the whole time she’s there she never even snapped at anyone she helps when they cut her nails cut cause she gets scared The front desk girl is nasty and thinks she knows more than me about my dog. That she’s never met.

  This was our first visit with our 9 weeks old puppy. They were sweet, careful and attentive. Answered all my questions, had their suggestions (or advice) as well. We are definitely going to come back for next appointment
