  Very rude staff very dismissive of your own experience with your dog. I’m not someone who thinks I’m smarter than the doctor but I do know my dog better in a behavioral sense and they wrote she had a bite history in her notes which she doesn’t we have been with her the whole time she’s there she never even snapped at anyone she helps when they cut her nails cut cause she gets scared The front desk girl is nasty and thinks she knows more than me about my dog. That she’s never met.

  This was our first visit with our 9 weeks old puppy. They were sweet, careful and attentive. Answered all my questions, had their suggestions (or advice) as well. We are definitely going to come back for next appointment

  Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Charged me over $500 in visits that they didn’t do anything. My dog had a cyst on her head that I was told was fine. Was called back 2 hours later while at work saying it may be a tumor. Wanted me to pay $2000 to have it removed with a surgery. I bought a wound care spray from petco and it removed the bump in a week! My animals will no longer be coming here, absolute scammers who just want your money.

  My cat should have been tested for feline leukemia on the first initial visit I made the vet aware he was rescue off the street I found some the staff answering the phone to be rude & lacking compassion. When my cat got sick they did not make room for an appointment for my cat that was their patient I got the care wellness plan & it only covered annual check up & annual shots if the cat was sick it would cover the walk-in fee but NO other services when I did the math it was the same as paying out of pocket maybe & extra walk-in but who is going to just go to a vet for simply a walk-in with no other services being needed.THEN when it was obvious my cat was not going to recover they tried charging me over $ 600 to put the cat to sleep
