  Dr. Gilmore and staffs support during the passing of my dog Bella Dawn was very compassionate and supportive. They explained everything and went above and beyond to make a very comfortable, peaceful experience for our Bella.

  NOT A TRUE ANIMAL HOSPITAL! LAZY AND DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL IN PAIN! Im so dissapointed, after a long night with a pup in pain I made an appointment online, I did misread the date and thought it was for the same day, so I went in, they told me that my appointment was for OVER A MONTH OUT. And that even though they called themselves a "hospital" they didnt same day walk ins, I ask and even said id pay the emergency rate! She told me they had no openings and sent me and my dog home when there were NO OTHER DOGS WAITING TO BE SEEN. Cancelled my month out appointment and I will never go here again. They told me to bring my dog to an actual animal hospital all the way in Warwick, RI when shes clearly in pain just sitting on the ground because she has a tail injury. Can you imagine what just the 15 minute ride was like for her to this wanna-be hospital?! Terrible, lazy, inhumane, and uncaring.

  VCA Animal hospital is highly recommended. I have been taking my pets to them for 15 years. The office space is always clean. The staff are always friendly and professional. All of the providers are calm with the pets. They engage as a pet owner. Always recommend this animal care office. Plainfield CT
