All three of their employees are rude as all hell they can’t help u resolve anything and they tricked my dad in getting a 3400 dollar loan thru a 3rd party company and he know nothing about it until three weeks later and we go return phones phone to cancel everything after being told we could get to the store and they said we can’t cause their a seven day return policy that we are pretty much stuck with the phone we told him no we don’t want the phone and we wanted to return and cancel the loan so we called the help desk at first the where know help we had to wait for a answer and then they denied it we investigated further to figure out why they denied it talk to the help desk operation manager and she said she get back to Kyle the district manager I’ve been trying to get ahold of Kyle for a over a month to see what the help desk was able to do for me see she said that she help people with issues like this and was more then likely able to help do to the situation finally got ahold of Kyle today after many calls to the stores and refused to help I upsetly ask what the hell is going on with my case and I got oh I haven’t heard anything yet and refuses to call help desk to figure out the response keep in mind I’ve been to the store personally multiple times to get this issue resolved and nothing but a waste of my entire day been told that they don’t have time to deal with me today and made to feel that my issue never mattered and that I’m just a annoyance when we are the ones stuck with a surprised 3400 dollar loan and on top of All because I stoped and refuse to pay for their services I can’t unlock the phone to sell them to pay them off and they cancel my account so I can’t even get any information on it never go here never trust Kyle or germy the manager of the store he was the one that set this all up originally even even after my dad and I told him no loans or anything like that over my experience had been absolutely terrible to the point I’m reporting to the better business bureau the customer service here is out of control and need to be fixed they are nice to u all up til ur fully a customer and then suddenly they can’t help u with anything

Very rude. Acts like helping you is the end of the world. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
