To reviewing with tech Eddie & DVM Kelya Castillo was absolutely wonderful: extremely thorough, knowledgeable, great listener & emotionally empathetic! - ESElizabeth SimmonsSep 4, 20263.0I brought my dog here for a stomach issue and was dismayed that I couldn't be there for the exam. I have been able to stay with my dog at other vets offices and I would advocate for compassionate and transparent care that involves the pet parent for comfort of all parties. The vet was wonderful but I would have felt better being able to stay with my dog. This would be provided pet parents can behave in a calm and respectful manner, but if so there should be no reason they can't accompany their pets at least into the exam room.

They explained what our next steps were and the take home Discharge instructions were easy to read . Thank you again Dr.Kelya Castillo and staff . This is without a doubt the only place she'll ever go in an emergency .
- JLJennifer LopezAug 21, 20265.0We took our small dog as a last minute emergency, she had a chicken bone stuck in her through, this week, we gave her a small bone as a treat and she shocked and we got it out. and for the last 2 day's she was not eating and we looked in her mouth and there was a piece of bone stuck. We received recommendations from a couple friends to visit VCA and they immediately took her in and removed the bone. They told as there was "no charge".. we were surprised as we though she needed to be sedated.. we will come back and recommend VCA over and over, they were friendly and so attentive..10 stars for there performance and attention!!! Thank U.
