  Promised a repair in 5 days. Been 2.5 weeks at this point and every day when I call they say that the part will arrive that day. No tracking is available. They can't tell which service center or which store has the part I need. They want to hold on to my device for months. I am going to buy a PC today for the first time in 20 years. Apple has lost my business.

  Corporate laptop = my apple ID is not associated and I was not able to pre-book a Genius Bar appointment because the device is not associated to my account and you can't book an appointment via your account without selecting the device you are booking an appointment for. I walk in and am given a 45 minute wait time. I explain the above and they take my info to be texted when my time is close. After 1 hour and 15 min I ask to check my spot and they said I was pushed and gave me an estimated time but noted that could still be pushed because I didn't have an appointment (well what did I put in my name and info in for?) and I was essentially just in a queue for if someone becomes available - BECAUSE THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED FOR APPOINTMENTS TODAY. Why would you not tell me upfront that I might not be seen and could be in an infinite queue? After explaining the corporate laptop and no apple ID situation and why I can't book an appointment AGAIN, they finally say "oh well, I can schedule you for an appointment" - telling me they had no availability and could book me an appointment in the first place would have been a great way to not waste my time. The irony is I need a laptop screen replacement and I was told before my queue time that they'll need to take it in and turnaround time is 7-10 days. I don't understand why there isn't an easier process for me to just DROP OFF THE LAPTOP. It's not like I'm there to physically do anything besides give over the laptop.

  I did wait for more than 40 mins just an Apple executive to even tried to help me they are so rude no reason

  Brought my wife here to get one of those new fangled iPhones. There has been so many I don't know what version it was. Regardless, the employees helped her get the phone she needed. Seemed pretty seamless and easy. Was a pretty painless experience. I am not an iPhone person but was impressed with how easy upgrading my wife's phone was. The employee who helped us even put on the screen protector and case for her. Good stuff. Five out of five stars.
