  ⭐☆☆☆☆ No one helped me for an entire hour I visited the store and stood around for a full hour without a single employee coming over to help me. It felt like I was invisible while other customers were being attended to. As an Asian customer, I couldn't help but wonder if that had something to do with how I was treated. Very disappointing customer service experience — I hope this gets addressed.

  Went in for an inquiry to make a purchase and was completely ignored and rushed out. Bad service overall!

  I love rocking up there to spend fat cash on a new phone just to be ignored for 20 mins then told I have to wait an hour until someone 'might' be able to help me. Lame o lame.

  Terrible service and outright liars. I walked an hour each way just for them to fix a loose, poorly sealed screen left over from a previous battery replacement here. The technician swore up and down that he reassembled and fixed it, but it was a complete lie! The receipt proves they only did a "Software Repair Level 1" and didn't even remove my screen protector, meaning they never even opened the phone. They sent me home with the exact same defect. Complete waste of time and total incompetence. Avoid this place.

  A lot of waiting for a simple “no” we don’t have it. I asked right away if they had a certain cover and was told yes they have it, but I would have to wait. Then I proceeded to wait only to be told they didn’t have it There appeared to be plenty of people around, but I was still waiting along with a few others. I suppose they’re serving people who are buying bigger ticket items, phone covers and charges are not a priority even though it would’ve taken all of one minute to get me out of there meanwhile I was there about 20.
