  This place is such a treasure! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help find exactly what I need. The selection of electronics is fantastic, and I love their price matching policy. Definitely my go-to spot for all things tech!

  Nobody greeted me. Nobody asked if I needed help. Was there to buy washer n dryer. Went elsewhere.

  I really like Best Buy. I have purchased things from a gaming computer for my son, to a nice tablet for myself. Many times they offer freebies with the purchase, along with point to get money off on the next purchase. It they don't have an item at the store, it's shipped free. I would rather give my business to the store, rather than punching online. There is something to be said about being able to look in person, especially for something like a TV.

  The only good thing about the Newington Best Buy is at the front door was unlocked. the check out sales representatives was persistent to badger me so much over buying something I did not want and then trying to get a hold of the store through the call center you have lost a customer of over 20 years. Horrible horrible experience.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Best Buy. The salesperson I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. Instead of actually helping, they kept interrupting me and insisting that I didn’t know what I was talking about. It felt like they weren’t even listening—just talking over me and trying to prove me wrong. I came in ready to make a purchase, but the way I was treated completely changed my mind. Customer service should be about helping people feel informed and respected, not talked down to. I don’t expect employees to agree with everything I say, but I do expect basic respect and professionalism. Because of this experience, I ended up leaving without buying anything. I hope management takes situations like this seriously, because no customer should feel disrespected just for asking questions or sharing their opinion.
