- SBSeamus Bradley1 day ago3.0So this place is wild, my wife and I came in to purchase a MacBook and a couple of iPads, we saw the place full of employees many of whom were just talking either to each other or to customers but not very attentive to several people who, including us, were asked to just wait until a salesperson attended to us. We just literally wanted to pay for the items and leave but apparently that’s not an easy thing to do here. Started a timer after talking to first employee, approx 18 min until a follow up employee began to help us. 25 min total for us to finally get the items, so I guess you could say they made up for lost time, after I renounced to another associate that we were waiting. I totally get being busy and attending to a lot of people but maybe some reassurance or checking in with potential customers or at least letting them know fyi there’s about a 20-30 min wait or something of the sort would be much appreciated. Thanks to the associate who first spoke with us, he seemed like first point of contact and the sales associate who eventually gave us the products and finalized the sale.
