Once you sign and pay, their promises are moot. Don't sign anything unless you can be sure they can provide you the right service. Do yourself a favor and don't come here unless you need to.

When you do finally get help, the staff is decent, but don’t bother going for tech support on ‘older’ devices, they can’t help.
