  Like other reviews say, this is a very busy location. I got there shortly after it opened and it was already very full. Get there early if you want help without an appointment. I received help from Melanie who was very thorough about my options for replacing my old Macbook. My experience here took a reasonable amount of time and was helpful. Thank you Melanie!

  I don’t understand why I have to wait 30min at non peak hour to pickup my laptop. They staff said their colleague just didn’t want to run up to the floor with the laptop. The worst Apple Store in the entire world. Staff was also not helpful and rude. And they left tape on my laptop without removing it and my keyboard with water stain. Unbelievable. Don’t come to this store if you have other options.

  I arrived ten minutes early with a confirmed appointment. Was checked in via scan on a bar code Apple emailed me. A representative escorted me to a table and said wait here. Fifteen minutes past my appointment time I asked about getting service and another representative couldn’t find my name or reservation. Then I was told someone would be with me shortly. Several minutes later someone finally approached and asked how he could help me. I asked for a new battery and inquired about freeing up space on my phone. He took my phone and said it would be about 50 minutes to swap in the new battery. Frustrated with this I spoke to a “manager” who told me there was no way to move my repair job to the front of the line, and that I should consider myself lucky because some people wait up to four hours. So I waited. Over an hour later a representative approached me to sign a receipt confirming they had returned my phone to me (which they hadn’t), and I said I’ll sign the form AFTER I get me phone. Which didn’t happen for another ten minutes. I asked this new representative the same question about freeing up space and got an entirely different answer this time. I said thanks and walked out… frustrated and tired. This is the place to go for chaotic atmosphere, and pathetic customer service. And they have the nerve to call it the “genius bar”.
