Everyone was so helpful and pleasant! Archie loved going there and didn't seem nervous at all.

Great experience! I brought my two cats for the first time today (both extremely shy/skittish), and it couldn’t have gone better. My cats were so stressed out on the way there that I was in tears, but all of the staff were so welcoming & patient with them that it immediately made both them & I more relaxed. Fantastic care, patience, attentiveness, and it never once felt like products/procedures were being forced. I wish I could remember the vet’s name (I’m so sorry, my mind was all over the place because of the stress on them) but Ollie was the primary vet tech helping us & she was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle my babies. I will absolutely be back, thank you all so much

There is no vet i trust more with my furry family. Some of these great vet techs I consider as close as family now too. The love and care they put in to each pet is second to none.

We have been going here since august of 2021. I should have made this review sooner honestly because they have always been so good to us. We moved states months ago and transferred to another vca with our second puppy. They are terrible and we pay for careclub. We actually called VCA baybrook for some help this afternoon and they were amazing as usual. I wish I could continue taking my dogs here but they can't fly on planes :( Michele took care of us today and my dog Fiona heard her voice and got so excited to hear her! Michele was an amazing help and even called me back within an hour! Our new vet seems to just not be calling us back and again, careclub? Baybrook will always be our favorite vet and animal hospital. They did fantastic years ago with fionas spay, and I wish we could take our Winnie there as well. They even have Fiona's recovery from spay on their Facebook page (because they're the best). If you're wondering, yes, take your dog here. Yes, they really do care. Yes, they will do anything they can to help. Thank you again Michele and Dr. Dailey I really wish every vca was as great as baybrook. P.s. paying the pup tax so attached is Fiona meeting her baby sister Winnie:)
