  The Middleton branch at the intersection of Washington (route 66) and Main Street as had NUMEROUS manager/sales staff over the past 20yrs that i have been a costumer. There have been a FEW great ones, a few good ones, and several horrid ones..., for the past year the guy/kid that is there now fits the LATTER description. Often RUDE, never pleasant, and has on several MULTIPLE occasions REFUSED to receive phone calls and plainly disconnects/terminates incoming calls without speaking to the caller. Cricket is a great cell provider, but the branch in Middleton (2/20/26) for the past year has one of the worst working the floor that i have had to deal with.

  If I could give '0' stars I would. I have been having a problem with my phone not maintaining wifi and went into the store a couple weeks ago. I told them I would wait a few days to give them time to try to solve the problem, and I didn't hear back. It's a company, I know all corporations that are large suck so I didn't care too much. But I went in today and still couldn't be effectively troubleshooted. Google tips didn't work, not sure why cricket doesn't have their own troubleshooting tips but whatever, and I was given a customer service phone number to call. The number eventually got me to a person who told me they had to transfer me, still fine. But then, it was the exact same place as where I started the call. And a couple minutes later, the phone hung up on me as it said my call could not be placed when I was 12 minutes into a call and waiting on a transfer. Ya'll suck, seriously. I literally wanted a new phone because I've always had a defective phone since I bought it but working a job where I work up to 12 hours or 14 houts in a day I can't get to your stores in their hours. Capitalism sucks, you guys suck--america kinda sucks too. Rant over.
