Your employees should actually have some professionalism if they want to sell things.

The box arrived with the bottom torn open. I have been waiting for nearly a month for them to investigate the matter and for a pickup authorization email—yet nothing has happened. For weeks now, they have kept telling me to "wait 48 to 72 hours"; today, I chatted with them again, only to be told that I have to wait another three days or more on top of the time I’ve already spent waiting. They have refused to resolve this issue regarding a watch that cost $400—a gift intended for Mother's Day.

- ACAndrew CookApr 17, 20261.0be careful of this store, they will ask you "as a rewards member do u want to take 10 dollars off your purchase?" and u will say yes cause ur paying yearly. and they will say "great let me see ur driver license to confirm it's you". then the pin reader will prompt you for your social and your yearly salary... if ur like me just going along, ur gonna get a call from citibank asking to confirm the credit... btw during the call the photo attached showed on my phone.. It's a scam... sorta funny google is saying citibank from best buy is a scam... I'm going to report this store to the BBB.....
