  The rep was very knowledgeable about the plans and he's also very polite and helpful. I was asking so many questions cause I am new here but he was so patient with all the questions and helped me with every single question in a very detailed manner so happy about the service I'd definitely recommend this store to my family and friends

  Very happy about the way they treated us and helped us get the free phone promotions I'm new to America but I'm so happy with the treatment received and this is my first phone here so so excited and happy about the service received though I wasn't aware of the plans or anything the rep was so so kind and helpful and explained all the benefits that I would get

  I have got a new phone from somewhere else but stopped in here with the phone problem but the guy over here didn't even find a reason to let me go out of the store saying the phone wasn't purchased here and very thankful that he helped me fix the situation and offered me a good upgrade as well but hasn't forced me to change my phone but of course I got convinced to change my phone because of his promotions very very helpful and great deals available at this store I highly recommed this cricket store
