- MBMike BarkerSep 17, 20261.0Entered the store and broke up 3 employees doing nothing. One of them finally asked if h could help. I told him I'd like to get a new iPhone. He told me to "hang out in front and someone will be with you". I "hung out" at the front of the store and watched 2 other people walk in and get waited on. I walked out, never to return.
- LGLauren GSep 16, 20261.0Horrible customer service. I went to get my phone repaired I had to wait forever and then they messed up the repair so I still ended up leaving with a broken phone. Worst Apple Store overall.
- MJMarty JamesSep 10, 20262.0Worst staff of any Apple Store I’ve been to and no public restroom
- DSDominick S.Aug 27, 20261.0Employees are not friendly in this Apple Store. Not sure why.
- SSStanAug 13, 20261.0The experience has gone downhill; at a recent Genius Bar appointment, the “genius” paused after I asked two questions to Google the answer. Thanks genius, as if I hadn’t tried that.
