  Sent my iPhone in for battery replacement and they gave it back to me telling me they changed the battery but my faceID now is ruined. Their fix is pay us to fix it for you (the audacity). I was too tired to even argue with them about it i just took my now ruined iPhone and left. Horrible place and takes no responsibility for anything their techs ruin. Please be careful.

  Mixed bag. Some staff are very helpful, others seem a little too worn down. If I had a closer iPhone store that were not inside of a mall I would probably go to that one instead. I think it's just very hard for people to work long hours doing retail in a mall, especially in a dimly lit repair shop like Apple. That kind of stress is going to wear on anyone, and I think most of us know the Apple staff mean well. But Apple is a major corporation that delivers a faulty product. I've had to visit this shop three times due to issues with my new phone, and it's been frustrating. Apple in general gives the hard sell, which in conjunction with the spotty customer service makes the errand a chore.

  I cracked the rear glass on my IPhone pro max and had the device repaired through this store. Everything was very well done, friendly staff. Wait time is dependent on how busy they are, other than that…outstanding

  Bad customer service came in the store to purchase a phone and sales person told me I wouldn’t be able to trade in my phone on time due to them closing in 30 min, they didn’t even consider what I had said. I was told to come back another day, they could have helped especially since there were other people in the store.

  I had a very positive experience during my recent visit. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the issue with my iphone and the available solutions. They handled everything efficiently and made the process smooth and stress-free. finally stepped out with resolving the issue !!I really appreciated their friendly attitude and excellent customer service.
