  The two gentlemen eased my stress about my iPhone not sending messages. They were extremely personable. I waited an hour. The issue was fixed except my photo pictures won’t send. It just stinks because Verizon says there not tech support when I went but to call Apple. Not sure this will work since I will be on my phone trying to do what they tell me.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Steph and Tito at the Apple Store in Westfield. From the moment I worked with them, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. Their level of customer service went far beyond what I expected. They took the time to listen, understand the situation, explain everything clearly, and work through the problem with me. They never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Steph and Tito truly went above and beyond, and their professionalism and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much easier. Employees like these two are exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Apple should absolutely recognize Steph and Tito for the outstanding service they provide. They represent Apple extremely well, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they trying to do to help me resolve the issue that still exist Thank you, Steph and Tito, for going above and beyond. You both deserve to be recognized!

  Amazing service! Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything quick and easy. Really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at the Apple Store. Thank you, Chris!

  Premium price, disappointing longevity and support I purchased my AirPods Max less than three years ago, and they have already stopped working entirely. The battery performance was never particularly good—they would hold a charge for only about three days—but now they will not charge at all or connect to any of my devices, even while plugged in. I brought them to an Apple Store, where I learned that the Genius Bar cannot perform any meaningful diagnostics on AirPods Max. The only option was to send them out for a $299 repair—more than half the $549 retail price—with no trade-in value for an otherwise well-maintained product. For headphones marketed and priced as a premium product, I expected much better durability, serviceability, and support. Having them become unusable in under three years, followed by an uneconomical repair offer and no credit toward a replacement, has been extremely disappointing. I will not purchase another pair of AirPods.
