    I have Apple Care Plus not sure if it matters but I got an appointment for within an hour of booking it. I arrived 15 mins and Antoine was able to help me quickly. My phone was fixed on site and I wasn't sold anything I didn't need. Highly recommend him if you have service needs. Personable, professional and friendly.

    We waited over an hour with an appointment and n No one helped my friend, who was legally blind and needed assistance. They clearly were not understaffed. Staff came in and out and no assistance. To have a reputable company like Apple, and get such treatment is outrageous. Sincerely, Madie

    Horrible customer service. Wasn’t interested in helping with accessories. Many employees just standing around. The lady who was it seemed directing who got helped and who didn’t. I wasn’t upgrading or purchasing a new phone, etc. So she was less than helpful.

    Customer service at this location is poor and chaotic. I stood at the watch table for 15-20 minutes, and no one offered to help. After I asked, a manager came over to help find me someone. That took a while. It was difficult to find out what was in stock. But they had what I wanted. I bought the watch, but when I got home--after all that--I discovered they gave me the wrong color. Now I have to go back and have the same unpleasant shopping experience again. The manager on the phone was not particularly polite, helpful, or flexible. No offer to have the right watch waiting, no offer for any kind of even minimal compensation for the wasted time or inconvenience. I will probably just return the darned thing and get a Garmin.
