  Enclosed Mall with many storefront brands, selections with ample parking, safety and shopping selections. Been there twice now and I'd recommend it to any one traveling through the area

  Disorganized and inefficient customer support. Pointless to make an appointment when they run 30 min behind.

  Walked in and they made an appointment for me which was 2 hours later so I had to spend time waiting. Then, when it was time for my appointment at 7:35 I had to wait until 7:50 to be seen. Was then told before my phone was even looked at that because of the time they are unable to fix my phone. Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting when I could have been home (I live an hour and a half away). Worst experience, I will never be going back.

  Of course there can be a little bit of a wait…. that’s the reality almost anywhere these days, especially when a store is packed with customers and the staff is CLEARLY doing their best to give everyone proper attention. Anyway, Darius was absolutely amazing. He was kind, personable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to fully address my issue….and I even overheard that he started his break late just so he could continue helping me. 😭 He quickly found a solution to have my phone fixed for the SECOND time at no cost through AppleCare and he even went above and beyond by helping me replace my cracked iPad…something I didn’t even originally have an appointment for…with a brand new one for only $49. You honestly don’t come across employees like Darius very often. He works hard, cares about the customer, and actually puts in the effort to make sure you leave happy and taken care of. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise! Thank you Darius! After having such a busy/ rough day at work you made what could have been a stressful experience so easy. Apple is lucky to have you!

  I came in for a new phone and some accessories and got superb service from Susan on the Apple team. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was buying. 5-stars and I will definitely return here in the future.
