- KHKimberly HortonJul 17, 20265.0We've been long time patients (10 years +) at VCA Foxon with two dogs and a cat. My whole family uses VCA Foxon as well. Dr. Schmidt, Dr. Chadik and the their team of vet techs are absolutely INCREDIBLE! The staff has been consistent which is great for seeing familiar faces, getting to know them and seeing how much they truly care for the animals. Appointments are fairly easy to get, often being seen within a few days. One of my dogs has diabetes and needs very frequent appointments, and in office visits for testing which take all day. The staff has often brought her to the front desk to rest since she's an anxious one and I walk in to see her curled up at their feet, as she does at home. I've communicated with both Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Chadik extensively throughout the years. They are (1) incredibly kind humans, (2) very knowledgeable, even about more complex medical issues, (3) very communicative and responsive. All calls are answered in a timely manner and very thoroughly. They both take time to answers all your questions. When we took in a stray cat, the staff was incredibly helpful in educating me on being a cat mom. They were very patient when I called for ridiculous things and helped me get everything I needed to care for her. I couldn't ask for a better medical team to take care of my furbabies.
