  The compassion Nicole has for our golden retriever is unmatched. We’ve taken her to multiple vet’s and literally have never met anyone that was able to communicate what was needed and eliminate any fears we had in that manner I’m honestly at the point now in life where I wouldn’t continue to be a repeat Customer over the years if she wasn’t here. It does make us feel incredibly safe that Chloe is in good hands.

  We absolutely love Dr. Olivia Holston and the team at VCA Animal Hospital in East Hartford! My dogs, Cooper and Chloe, are both very nervous about going to the vet, but everyone is so patient, kind, and gentle with them. They’ve taken the time to earn their trust, and now they’re starting to realize the vet isn’t such a scary place—especially since they’re always spoiled with yummy treats! The care they receive is outstanding, and the team is always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I have. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want every visit to be a positive experience. Even if you have to drive a little farther, this practice is absolutely worth it. I trust Dr. Holston and the entire team completely, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

  It has been a very simple experience and a bad one at that. Our dog went in for a regular checkup, he’s still a puppy. A few days later while we are on vacation, we received a call saying that he needed to take a medication for some type of worms, we said that we weren’t gonna be back home for a couple of weeks since we were on vaca, and the Vet’s instant reaction was to make it sound like it was very urgent and that she should mail us the medication while on vacation. When we got back from our vacation, we brought the dog in again for another vaccine and they finally gave us the medication which was Albon 125 mg which they charged us $45 for two pills. 2 pills! Dog is supposed to take half a pill a day for 4 days. They also lied and said the meds had to be mixed. Obviously with the internet at our fingertips we found out that 30 tablets of Albon 125 mg only cost $13. In summary, these people are greedy, provide a terrible service and should not be trusted.
