  After about 13ish years today will be my last day with VCA. Let me start off by saying the vet tech and the front desk are amazing human beings. My dog is obsessed with them. My cat who was their first patient was OK there as well. Today I had to take my dog because he had a hotspot on his ear. The vet who is kind of new who I have not been a fan of since she started buzzed his hair off around his ear gave him medicine pretty much called it a day and let me go up to the front desk and get major sticker shock. I know vets always cost a lot of money, but I wish it was explained to me beforehand as I could have Done a $200 haircut around his ear myself. As a service provider sticker shock is one thing I strive to not do to anyone who sits in my chair as a hairstylist. She has never shown good customer service empathy, and I swear she doesn’t even like animals. Today was my final decision after thinking about leaving since she started that I am done with VCA! I will miss the vet techs and front desk staff, and hope to see them all in the future at another location because they truly deserve better as well.

  We've had to use Guardian a few times over the years, but last week really motivated me to leave this 5 Star review. We were out of town and had someone staying at the house to take care of our dog. Late one night, her breathing became erratic to the point it worried our sitter. She called Guardian who instructed her to come in. They also asked her to call us to let us know and to get some permissions/questions answered (like do we have a DNR on our dog). Once they arrived, a doctor almost immediately came out to see our Bailey. After concluding she was just being a bulldog (IYKYK), they took the time to comfort our sitter and had her stay until she was comfortable to drive back home. The fact that they did not charge us for this is grateful, but the care they showed for both our 12 year old puppy and our dog sitter was incredible. I can't recommend Guardian enough. Thank you, Guardian.

  El peor lugar te hacen pagar por un plan y despues te dicen q no te cubre y tienes q pagar extra no te recomiendo para nada

  We have NEVER seen such compassion for Animals in ANY of the countries we’ve visited! You ALL are Truly HEAVEN sent!
