  Terrible customer service at the store. The salespeople are sloppy and rude. I had to wait half an hour to buy an IPhone. Where are the leaders? It seems they don’t care about customers. I’d love Apple to have competition.

  It's similar to all other apple stores. Oddly they don't sell any android devices. Cool accessories.

  Horrible experience with Apple. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max and paid for it in full. On the expected delivery date, I had someone stay home all day to receive the package. Then, just one hour before the scheduled delivery window, UPS changed the status to “unable to deliver due to an incomplete address.” I spent that entire evening on the phone with both Apple and UPS, then most of the following day as well. UPS said Apple had placed the package on hold, while Apple claimed they had not. After multiple calls and being transferred back and forth, I finally had an Apple representative join a call with UPS. That’s when it became clear that Apple had not provided my apartment number. Eventually, I received the phone, but it should never have been that difficult. Had someone stay home for 3 days waiting on the package. To make up for the inconvenience, Apple offered me AirPods as a courtesy. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again. The AirPods were supposed to be delivered today, but the shipment was placed on hold because my apartment number was missing once more. The customer service experience has been just as disappointing as the shipping issues. Representatives showed little interest in resolving the problem, and I had to explain the same situation repeatedly. The amount of time I wasted trying to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine is unacceptable. These phones are expensive and should not be this difficult to receive. Also, be aware that packages may not require a signature, and customers cannot always request one, meaning an expensive device could be left unattended. I will never order directly from Apple again. This was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Apple has the resources to fix this issue and should do better. Don’t order from them!!
