  Not my first visit, ALWAYS A PLEASURE. You want a Dr that asks the questions and listens to the answers. We even came to a workable program for our girl and will be back for a follow-up session. Great people front li e and back office. LOVE THEM

  Usually I never leave any reviews and have been going here for a few years now. There is an employee, im unsure if she is new or what the deal is, she said her name was Cherie or sherry but she was extremely unprofessional, rude and did not know how to handle any of the work when it came to my pet. She was rough with my pet and I did not appreciate that one bit. Prior to this, I had never had this woman in my appointments but this should be the last time. VCA needs to either re-train certain employees or boot them because this is the last time I condone this behavior. Next time if she is near my pet, I will make it a bigger issue. The rest of the staff is wonderful. Very sad that one bad apple is able to sadly ruin my experience there.

  My senior dog had what wound up being a neurological episode and our main veterinarian had suggested a neurologist. Because that’s not a small bill, I wanted to get a second opinion. VCA Cheshire didn’t have the time to see my dog that day, but they made the time to take her anyways - if not to ensure my dog’s health, to ensure my own mental health by being certain she was safe. Dr. Prescia was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she kind and understanding of the emotional nature of the visit, she was also incredibly informative. Everything from the moment we walked in the door until the second we left was pleasant even if my dog wanted nothing more than to go home. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them for any of your loved ones medical needs.
