  I was unable to make an appt to drop my laptop off. That’s all I needed to do. Drop it off. Took 45 minutes, having to share that my Dad is dying and cry to get anyone to listen to me. Then, I’m told it’s ready and again, can’t make an appt on the app. There is only ONE person working this morning and all I need to do is pick up my laptop. I’m told I have to make an appt…to pick up my property. How is the hell am I supposed to do that when my Dad is in hospice care and I have a full time job?!?! Ridiculous! Will I make the appt? I have to if I want my property back. Will I ever use Geek Squad again? Not in this lifetime. I don’t care that the service is free right now. I’d rather pay to actually get service.

  Junior came to my home to update my printer. He was courteous and friendly and very efficient. He updated my computer and adjusted it so that future updates would be automatic. He also adjusted my computer for further updates. I couldn't be happier with the work the Geek Squad does. Junior, Ryan and all the staff at the Westminster Sheridan Blvd store are great.

  I’ve given Geek Squad two chances to fix a very simple issue, and they failed both times in ways that are honestly hard to believe. First visit: I clearly explained that the main problem was a broken fan on my PC. That issue was completely ignored. Second visit: They somehow managed to do worse. Not only was the problem still unresolved, but they didn’t even plug the fan in. Yes—an unplugged fan was returned to me as “repaired.” This isn’t a complex diagnosis or advanced repair. It’s basic troubleshooting. If Geek Squad can’t identify a broken fan or verify that it’s plugged in before returning a device, I genuinely don’t know what service they’re providing. Massive waste of time, zero attention to detail, and no confidence that anything is actually checked before being handed back to the customer. I would not trust Geek Squad with any repair that matters.

  I googled how to reset my computer but it didn't fix the problem. The first I.T. guy did the same thing. The second guy, restored the settings. No charge, which is customary.
