- RRRenJun 25, 20261.0Promotional pricing displayed on phones in store was no longer available and according to saleswoman she had no control over getting it updated, nor could she honor the “wrong” pricing being displayed. Double checked if there was an expiration date on any of the displays and there was not. Honestly don’t know if she was being truthful or trying to take advantage of my grandma. Will not be back to this location.
- MSMaggie SJun 25, 20261.0Tried telling my grandma that she doesn’t have an upgrade and tried charging her $200 after her current phone stopped working. We declined and left. The next day she called cricket customer service and they informed her that she should only be paying the price of the phone ($80 phone + $16 tax), activation and everything additional should not be charged according to the coverage and plan she has. Definitely not coming back to this location as the woman working there is not helpful at all and tried making her pay more than she should’ve.
