- JDJessie DJun 18, 20251.0This store used to be my go to cricket store, but I went in there yesterday to purchase a new phone as mine isn't due for an upgrade for another few months, and it's overheating due to damage, I was trying to decide between two phones talking about at least I can save a little money getting a more customized phone case option on Amazon, and the gal that was helping me informed me that it's her bosses new rule that they're not allowed to sell me a new phone without me also purchasing a case and screen protector from there store. They were trying to force me to buy stuff in order to get a new device. I called today to double check if that information was correct and the manager I spoke with on the phone said the same thing. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again it's not right for them to force you to buy the overpriced boring accessories on a phone that would be my property and responsibility.

- ZBZzahc BOct 14, 20231.0Not sure why the prices are different in store vs online. Phone was listed at 99.99 online. So in store should have been only a $25 activation fee on top of 99.99. But i was told yhe phone itself would be 150 in store plus an activation fee. We were going to buy 2 phones but decided not to since in store the phone itself is 50 dollars more. So done with cricket. And the 5g service is basically no where to be found. Thanks for nothing
