  After dealing with the horrible customer service from the cricket on 44th and Wadsworth. crystal very nice and very helpful Got my service on my phone She gave me excellent customer service she’s a great manager

  WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Spoke with Store Manager specifically asking for a voice plan that would allow me to bundle the 300 GB Simply Data plan. The Manager sold me the 12-Month BYOD plan, assuring me it would work. Now I am locked out of the data bundle I need because that voice plan does not actually allow adding the data plan I requested. Neither the Manager nor Cricket customer service will allow any changes to get what I requested. I am out $240 for a voice plan I only bought in order to get the Data bundle I requested. Do not trust what they say.

  I would not recommend this store. I went in to ask questions about canceling my membership, and the staff told me to call Apple instead. I found that very strange and unhelpful. Also, one of the employees was using her phone instead of helping customers. I visited on June 6 at around 5:03 PM. This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

  The lady wasn't friendly, feels like she doesn't want to be there and I was just paying a bill and was asked to id! Didn't have an explanation just "it's a company policy " when I asked why do I have to show my ID, same dey answer, moving to a digital carrier, every store from cricket feels like lacking of good customer service.
