  The lady wasn't friendly, feels like she doesn't want to be there and I was just paying a bill and was asked to id! Didn't have an explanation just "it's a company policy " when I asked why do I have to show my ID, same dey answer, moving to a digital carrier, every store from cricket feels like lacking of good customer service.

  Was told I had an upgrade on mom's family plan then gets told another higher prices then what deal I was told when I changed my siblings number. Out of respect that is a sign of being stingy and really greedy. Its like dating someone that gets used by the military as a missiles 😒🙄🫡 like im really in need of a phone. Not to get played by someone who ghost me with prices at the last minute 🙃 😒 🙄
