  Completely incompetent, deceptive practices, and zero integrity. Save your money and go elsewhere. I bought a phone here after being explicitly assured by the salesperson (Christian) that the network had "excellent service in the mountains." It had zero bars. When I brought it back less than 18 hours later to return it, the story completely changed. I even asked the salesperson to check his own phone right there in the Montrose store—he only had two bars in the middle of town, proving the coverage claims were entirely fabricated. The store manager (Zeus) and a corporate phone representative initially promised a full refund within 7 days, and I even had them write it on the receipt. Fast forward: no refund. Now, the store blames corporate, and corporate blames the store. Customer service reps (like Jose) refuse to provide employee IDs or honor the written agreement. Deceptive sales tactics and zero accountability.

  My phone broke while out of town, and the employees provided me with exceptional service. They were able to find me a phone that fit my needs in a timely fashion and at a fair price.

  These guys are amazing they work really quick switch everything over properly to my new phone and got my max to watch movies and shows for free! Including calls to Mexico and Canada!

  I originally was a metro pcs customer had been for 4 years, when they closed their store in Montrose it made it difficult to upgrade my phone because I would have to drive to Grand Junction to do so. Was very frustrating. So I started shopping around town to find a new carrier. I found cricket . The staff was amazing and funny. I wanted the iPhone 11 and at the time they didn’t have it. They took my name and number and the minute it came called me and we had it set up and going in less then 30 minutes! I can not remember the young lady who helped me but she was awesome great service and when new customers walked in she welcomed them with a smile and told them it would be a minute but she would be right with them. I love my service I have only one brief dead spot going to Ouray. I’m glad I changed carriers !

  This retailer stole $95 from us. They stated they could activate service for us on an eSIM. When they were unable to do so they told us that the service and activation fee were not refundable and threatened to kick us out of the store when we asked for a refund. The staff were smug about the fact that we could not get a refund.
