- SCSierra CrookJun 26, 20261.0Could not recommend this place any less. The Junior Paws for Dogs plan is a scam. I have been trying to contact the VCA about ongoing issues for quite some time through email, and phone calls. The manager has still yet to respond. Please take your pets elsewhere.

I also belong to there VCA care program and feel like it has taken a lot of the worry and stress about veterinary care away. Every employee I've ever had contact with was so helpful and kind; they're truly the best to work with. You can even book your appointment online if you WANT to, but you can also book them over the phone or in person!

Dr. Lor is who helped us and she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly without making us feel rushed or pressured. They handled our puppy with such gentleness and care. The building is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It is comforting to find a practice that truly cares about their patients.
