  The manager of this store was literally the best ever! I had an issue with my phone and she was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes! She also told me about and upgrade I didn’t know I had. Thank you!

  I've been with Cricket for years. I walked in to get help with my phone and the young lady made it clear she was not interested in helping with my existing phone. I assume she would have been more helpful with the chance of making a commission sale.

  I went to the Cricket store about a month ago to get a new phone. The store wasn't open till 45 minutes after opening time and I had to wait 20 minutes of that to even get in the door. The guy opening the store was busy putting the phones out on the displays and had me explain what I needed. He told me that if I wasn't the account holder on the account that I could not purchase a phone from cricket. He said it was "for security reasons". The same guy wouldn't sell me a phone the last time I was in there. That time it was because I didn't have my ID on me. This time I had my ID I had the password to the account and everything I needed but he said I would literally have to put the account in my name in order to buy a new phone. There are three people on our account. My step dad is the account holder. Anyway, ended up going to Greeley the second time and they sold me a phone no problem no hassles they were nice sadly loved ones cricket is not a good place to go. I hate going to Greeley but it's just a better store. I believe the one employee is the problem. His attitude was terrible as well. Not a good experience AT ALL.

  The young lady at the counter was very helpful and I couldn’t tell she was a new hire at all
