  Was convinced to get the Geek Squad protection for a brand new laptop and that they’d transfer over files, setup anti virus, and Microsoft office take care of all setup so there were no issues. Dropped it off and the person checking it in had no clue what they were doing then we go to pick it up and they tell us to just do it all ourselves. $180 to be told they’d do it then handed back to us saying do it yourself. Ridiculous.

  After waiting 5-10 minutes with a crowd of people to check out because there was no employee there, the incompetent employee that finally showed up did not get put my information in correctly, so my product is not supported by my membership that costs way too much. Thanks Best Buy!

  Why have 3 vouchers posted next to the display saying take it upfront to get you one. Just to spend 15 min waiting for someone to help you because half the team is outside smoking cigarettes. Just so they can tell you that they can’t honor it although the display and vouchers are there. Terrible interaction and after me being on the phone next to it they start taking it down. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer with 10 years of buying products.
