  Genuinely disappointed..... They dont make you feel like theyre actually paying attention to you and your pet. On top of multiple instances creating this feeling theyve recently handled a situation extremely poorly. We called for help while on a road trip driving through torrential downpour, they assured us they would call back with further information/assistance, they chose instead to send a text message offering little assistance which we obviously couldnt read while driving through pouring rain and have yet to reach back out to see how we are doing or offer any further communication on the situation. Not one appointment was ever started on time, just show up 15 mins late save yourself the wait time. Oh wait you can't be late, they'll reschedule you, but they can be late everytime. Hope you don't have a busy day.... Im used to vets that remember you and your pet, that don't try to offer things that were just taken care of, that actually call you back when you reach out for help, that actually check back in with you because they're genuinely concerned with your pets wellbeing and want your pet happy & healthy. This level of care was nonexistent for us...... disappointed.

  Great Hospital staff is top notch!!! Vets are Awesome!!! Wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!!!

  The Doctors and staff are phenomenal here. All very friendly and show how much they care for our fur babies. We greatly appreciate all of them.

  My family found Centennial Valley VCA nearly 6 years ago, and they always provide great service. When our dog passed away recently, they showed us so much compassion during a very difficult time. They truly went above and beyond standard business practices to comfort us, including mailing a card signed by all the staff that really touched my heart. I highly recommend them, and we will absolutely be bringing our future pets here.

  Unfortunately you’d think this is a good vet place but after getting up to check out after the vet told me my balance was $0 I proceeded to have to pay $140 for something that occurred back in October in which THEY forgot to charge me or even inform me it was going to be a cost at all. This place will just spring random charges on you and also make sure to give you anxiety that ur cat needs over $200 worth of pointless tests to make sure they are fine lol. Moral of the story don’t go to this vet:)
