  Shawna of the Geek Squad was amazing... VERY sharp and personable. (actually had a sense of humor so sadly missing in so many tech types) Fixed the issues I was having with my Lenovo (open box) recent purchase on the spot and went above and beyond taking care of us. Who the hell makes computer issues fun?? I think a raise, tropical vacation, or new car employee reward is well deserved, if Best Buy has ANY regard for their exemplary employees... (at the very least erasing her college debt...) Thanks Shawna!!

  This is the first time I have identified something on their site and was actually able to buy from the store, so that was good. I had a monitor go belly-up and bought a replacement. That all went well but I thought I would take in the old monitor for recycling. They said that costs $30. What's that all about?

  In a day and age where buying online is almost everyone’s default, Best Buy is a great reminder that buying local still matters. I stopped in looking for wireless microphones to step up the quality of my video recordings, and they had a solid selection to choose from. What really stood out was the service. Instead of guessing my way through specs and reviews, I was able to talk with someone knowledgeable, compare options in person, and walk out confident I had the right setup. Definitely a better experience than rolling the dice online.

  Always my go-to for electronics – great service and selection I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for years, and they never disappoint. Whether I need a new laptop, TV, or just a charging cable, they almost always have it in stock. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is super helpful without being pushy. Last week, I needed help finding a specific printer and the associate not only showed me where it was but also explained the difference between a few models. Price matching is a huge plus too – they matched an online price with no hassle. Online orders for in-store pickup are ready within an hour. Highly recommend Best Buy for stress-free electronics shopping.
