    This is Jennifer writing under my hubby's account. I got lucky today at the Apple Park Meadows store. I came two seconds away from having the most rude employee (sorry but I am talking about the guy who has the vision impairment). But, I was saved by Jaye ( I think this was his name-he said he teaches the classes). Jaye was super nice and helpful. He made my experience buying a new watch a pleasure. 100% difference from last time when upgrading my phone. That was a horrible and most upsetting experience. Thank you Jaye!

    I had a very bad service experience at this store. I had an appointment at 6:50 PM, and I arrived nearly an hour early to wait. However, I had to wait until 7:10 PM before a staff member came out to tell me that they could not provide the service because the store closes at 8:00 PM. I truly don’t understand why the store would accept an appointment if they were unable to serve the customer on time. Making a customer wait and then refusing service like this shows a lack of respect and professionalism. This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor customer service. I am very disappointed and will think carefully before returning or recommending this place to others.

    What a totally awful experience. I swung by to grab a new iPhone and some AirPods. As soon as I walked in, nobody said a word or even looked my way. I ended up pacing around until a girl finally made eye contact with me. I told her what I was after, and the moment she heard me, her expression and tone shifted completely. She told me to hang out by the tables while I waited. While I was there, security walked by a few times, giving me the side eye, making me feel like I was being watched constantly. It seems like they treat everyone like a potential thief. After about half an hour, a salesman finally approached me. He was obnoxiously loud, had a bad odor, and his breath was just as unpleasant. Plus, he seemed suspicious of me. He asked who I was buying the iPhone for and why I needed 1 TB. Seriously, it felt like an interrogation. It’s none of your business who I’m buying the phone for or why. Also, he was annoyed because of payment didn’t go through d/t my bank’s fraud protection. Then he shouted the total price so loudly that it echoed throughout the store—no privacy at all, zero professionalism, and really poor communication skills. I was just itching to get out of there. Apple really needs to address this; you can’t treat customers like this. If you don’t trust your customers, then just do prepaid pickups or shipping. This isn’t some sketchy gas station; it’s a store in a well-known area where people spend a lot of money and deserve to be treated right, right? So basically, what should have been a happy and memorable experience turned out to be a disaster. I felt like they just crushed my spirit, but at least I got what I came for. My advice to anyone thinking of going to this place: order everything from the Apple Store and opt for shipping or pickup to save yourself the hassle and frustration.

    Came to pickup, waiting 30 minutes, no one approached me or welcomed me, but assisted other customers that walked in. Apple needs to implement an auto check in and pickup process similar to Amazon lockers.

    Tate and Tim provided a very poor customer service experience at this location. During my visit, there were system issues processing my payment after trade-ins were applied, and instead of offering a solution, I was told to withdraw cash from an ATM. When I asked for additional support or a different representative, that request was not accommodated, and the situation was not handled professionally. Alex was the only manager who stepped in and resolved the issue properly. She demonstrated the level of service I would expect from Apple.
