  If I could give zero stars I would. Apple has become such trash. Never had a problem until recently where I’ve had to repair my phone twice in the last month because of hardware malfunction. Customer service is lost on them. It’s like the Apple workers have to basic decency or respect for other people and their time. I am highly considering other technology options.

  Met with Jeff and he was BEYOND kind and compassionate. I brought my dog with me and he ensured she felt safe and comfortable as we were purchasing our new iWatch. He made the experience memorable and inspiring. Thank you, Jeff! May all good things come your way!

  The manager on duty at 6:15 on 6/27 was so unhelpful I left the store crying. She kept telling me I had no coverage on my AirPods. She didn’t take the time to see that I had lost and stolen coverage and did not help me file a claim like the senior advisor from Apple did on the phone. My experience was horrible I will never ever ever support Apple again. No experience should be so bad that you leave crying having to call a higher up for support they couldn’t offer you in store. Do better Apple.

  Apple doesn’t care anymore. Search iPhone 14 on the internet and there are a great many reviews that show that their screen break because if an Apple flaw when they made the phones. They overheat when they do updates etc. and break. Apple did not extend the warranty on that and does fix it for you if the problem occurs, which of course not because it happens to all their phones. Then the person helping me has the audacity to say it’s 4 year old! It’s not even three yet. I often trade in around 3-4 years and we were going to this year but not anymore. All my phones and watches will be converted over to android now. I can’t do this with them. I have the expectation that when I pay this much for a phone it will be fixed if they have a mass issue, not that I have to fix it. This phone is three years old after this fall when I first bought it three years ago. What a trashy way to talk to someone who literally has the entire ecosystem of products from watches to iPads for his spouse and kids. 🤦‍♂️

  Came to the apple store to get the problem with AirPods Pro 3 fixed. Was instructed by the store manager Mike Walter to go on the web to get a non-apple video and instructions. The apple website specifically instructs to NOT do that which I brought to his attention. At the end of the visit the manager simply said “we’re done” and that it’s our own responsibility to figure out how to clean the AirPods. The problem could’ve been solved easily but instead was given a run-around and lots of time wasted without a tangible solution. Really bad experience.
