  I went in with two iPads that are malfunctioning supposedly had an appointment set up waited the hour plus went in to check status and I was told that my appointment was canceled and I never received a text nothing for some reason they think I have another hour to waste waiting because they are happy to put me back in the que.

  Just needed to grant my wife access to my location. Obviously, it wasn’t going to be an easy fix because none of the troubleshooting ideas were working. Got an appointment at this Apple Store. After two hours…I was told if I basically wipe my phone entirely it will “definitely fix it”. So, I wipe my phone and run to another appointment. Come to find out now I have wiped all of my data AND my wife still can’t see my location. Needless to say I was livid. Got connected with the most amazing tech. She was professional and understanding and most of all…she fixed the issue! We need more women in tech (; No, but the first guy who helped us was awesome too. The front desk/ check in people were fantastic. I think it’s just a failing on Apple/corporate as a whole in this situation. I should have been able to be seen faster, bottom line. I had an appointment, I did all the things, the issue wasn’t fixed…I shouldn’t have to wait another two hours just to get an issue resolved that should have been done the first time. But again, that’s a corporate thing. Wish I knew our techs name because she was amazing. Once we saw her it was fixed in five minutes. All other BS aside, we’re super happy and I’d go there again. Thanks y’all!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store at Park Meadows. The day before, we came to the store specifically to ask what we needed to do to replace the battery in our phone. We were told that the battery could be replaced and that they would just need about two hours to do the repair. Nobody told us that we needed to make an appointment in advance. So we came back the next day expecting the repair to be handled as we had been told. We checked in, and we were told that we would receive a text message within about 40 minutes. We completed the check-in, and then waited. It has now been almost three hours, and we are still waiting to be seen. We were already notified about two hours ago that our request had been accepted and was being processed, yet nobody has actually helped us. I understand that an Apple Store can be busy, but this is not just about the wait. The biggest problem is the lack of communication and organization. If an appointment was required, we should have been told that during our visit the day before. If there was going to be a several-hour wait, we should have been informed instead of being left waiting without any clear information. Very frustrating experience, especially from a company like Apple where you expect a much higher level of customer service.

  The store was busy but managed well. We were approached by an associate named Jay who was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was helping multiple people at once while being professional. He made sure we were helped in a timely manner and made sure we had everything we needed.

  The good - they replaced a cracked screen quickly. The bad - they wasted my time and blamed me. I told the tech that I would be waiting on the repair as they said it would take less than an hour. After waiting over an hour, I asked for an update. 20 minutes later they finally brought out my phone. I asked why they did not let me know it was done and the employee said it was my responsibility to check in when I came back. When I told her that I never left and was waiting here the entire time, she reiterated that it is my fault for not checking in. REALLY??? Your tech knew I would be waiting, was I supposed to check in every few minutes to see if it was done? Once I got the phone back and could check my email (can't do that without the phone), I find an email telling me the repair was done in less than 30 minutes. So they wasted an hour of my time because they can't understand "waiting" and "can't see email on my phone when I don't have the phone".
