  We came here because we had an emergency, and this was much closer to our house than our normal vet was. THESE ARE THE MOST INCREDIBLE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. We had an unbelievably difficult situation where we had to put our little dog to sleep, and they actually managed to make it bearable through their love, caring, support, friendliness, attention to detail... I could go on and on. When we called, the Dr. would ACTUALLY TAKE OUR CALL, or call us back ASAP if they were in surgery. With regard to our bill, they were completely upfront with us, and gave us an estimate before we left the office. When we were in the room when we were actually putting her to sleep we were all crying and the doctor was crying too. We will NEVER take our pets to another place, and I am forever thankful for everything they did for us. (For those of you who have left negative reviews, I respect your opinion and I also know that reading a positive review after you've had a negative experience can be INCREDIBLY frustrating -- I've been there myself. But I would honestly encourage you to give them another try because they are honestly ALL incredible people.) (P.S. -- I wish normal "Human" doctors were like this. My doctor wouldn't return my call if I had a limb chopped off.)

  Thefts!! Do you like babysitting, and holding hands? Well congratulations you found your new favorite place! Heather is the absolute worst & staff management & communication is an absolute joke. I was told at midnight that the emergency services are too busy to see a dog that got bit and to come at 8:30. Get here at 8:30 in the morning when they suggested and drop my dog off while paying $1000 deposit, they told me no longer than 1:30pm and the bites are easy to clean and sanitize. 1:30 PM comes around I call and they say they haven’t even touched my dog, she’s just staying in a kennel, 4:40 comes around, They say they still haven’t got to my dog and will be another 2 1/2 hours!!! all in all if you wanna waste your time for procedures that could take maybe an hour to two at most but wait around for 12 hours getting jacked around by people giving you no clear answers and poor communication with nothing but excuses instead of taking accountability. Is it hard to call somebody back when you tell them you’re gonna call? No it’s not! is it hard to tell someone “hey this isn’t as severe as some of the other things we have on board may I suggest these other vet clinics near by” no it’s not! The veterinary management here will lie straight to your face to get any an every penny from you as possible refuting any rectification unless you verbally guide them, I was astounded. Poorest professionalism ever. Get real management & REPLACE HEATHER ASAP!!!!

  I came here about 5 years ago and they saved my dog's life. Just a few days ago this same dog was injured saving my oldest son from being attacked by someone's dog and once again DCAH came in clutch in his care. They were so accommodating and all the staff have been amazing in his care. We have a long road in front of us but he will continue to come here. They've always been up front and honest about everything and that speaks volumes. I just want to give a special thanks to Andrew up front. He took our first call the second time around and has been so absolutely wonderful every time we've come in. That's what amazing customer service looks like! Thank you!
