- AAAshApr 21, 20261.0Normally a good experience but at the hardest point of a pet owners life you'd expect some empathy and compassion. We recieved the direct opposite. On top of our pups rapidly declining health, and the ultimate decision to end her suffering. The vet made us feel like monsters, we left heart broken, ridiculed and at a loss for how VCA made us feel.

As new residents to the Dakota Ridge area, we were not affiliated with a local vet. VCA happened to be close to our location so we chose them to bring my man there for his last vet visit. I was in tough shape after that many years with an outstanding lab. The care and compassion we received was exceptional. Thank you to all the VCA folks for helping us get through this chapter.
