Apple has become such trash. Never had a problem until recently where I’ve had to repair my phone twice in the last month because of hardware malfunction. Customer service is lost on them. It’s like the Apple workers have to basic decency or respect for other people and their time. I am highly considering other technology options.

Be aware even with an appointment with the genius desk you will be over looked. It has happened every single time I go there. Yesterday after the fourth customer who came in after me was helped i asked when their appointment was (30 minutes after mine). They seemed annoyed I brought it up and said I would be helped next. Later I did get help. They said my iPad was not worth fixing. They said I can buy a new one. I waited there another 30 minutes for help. They weren’t busy at all. They had employees standing around and talking to each other.
There has to be a better way to get help

My son passed away and it seemed the lady that was helping acted like she could care less. I wanted to reset my son's password so I could access his medical information on his apple phone. Spent 2hrs tryn to get help with this. I finally left as I was pushed off on all different workers. Bad bad customer service.

I honestly cannot believe how terrible my experience at the Apple Store was. I have never seen customer service this disorganized, careless, and frustrating in my life, especially from a company that constantly talks about being “premium” and customer focused.
I spent OVER FOUR HOURS in the store and somehow accomplished almost nothing. I was passed around to FIVE different employees like nobody actually wanted to help or take responsibility for the situation. Every single person acted confused, gave different information, or told me someone else would help me. It felt like nobody knew what was going on.
The most frustrating part was the constant waiting with absolutely zero communication. Every 45 minutes someone would randomly come over and say something like, “Oh wow, I guess it’s not working,” and then disappear again. No urgency. No solutions. No accountability. Just more waiting. It honestly felt like they forgot about me multiple times throughout the day.
Then comes the issue with the iPhone I ordered. I was told very clearly it would arrive in THREE DAYS. That was one of the main reasons I agreed to order it through the store. Instead, it took THREE WEEKS. Three weeks. That is not a small delay — that is completely unacceptable. And during that time I got almost no updates and no real explanation. Every time I tried to follow up, I got vague answers and more confusion.
What makes this even worse is that Apple positions itself as a luxury technology company with elite customer service. The prices are premium, but the service I received felt worse than a random discount electronics store. Nobody seemed trained, nobody communicated with each other, and nobody seemed to care that I had already wasted half my day sitting there.
I rearranged my schedule and lost hours of my time because of this experience. Four hours in-store plus a three-week delay on a phone I was promised in three days is beyond ridiculous. I left feeling completely disappointed, ignored, and honestly shocked at how badly this store is managed.
