  Absolutely love love love the staff at this store. We visited one time and my son lost his phone. We called back to the store Dustin confirmed the phone was here. We showed up back to store one week later to pick it up and Cal was so kind he looked a few times when he couldnt find it at first he helped me recall the name of Dustin who had initally answered out call one week ago and then was able to find it for us.

  The employee I met with could not have been less helpful. At first he was very sociable, however, once he realized I do not currently own an apple device he no longer seemed interested in assisting me with my apple account inquiry. He told me to call their support number and walked-away to talk to somebody else. He gave me a non-solution and quickly made himself unavailable. I was appalled by the customer service - If I did that at my job I would get fired. Since I have already called the support number multiple times and been instructed to come in-store, I drove to another Apple store (Park Meadows) and their "genius" solved my issue in 10 minutes no phone call needed. I feel very conflicted about even posting this review because he was one employee out of many, and everybody else on-staff seemed to be helping customers. It would be unfair to say that employees at this store do not care about their customers when its just one guy.

  Had a seamless pre-order pickup and trade-in experience at Apple Aspen Grove! The team was incredibly friendly, organized, and made upgrading to my new iPhone completely hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of this location over mall-based Apple Stores is the open-air setup- parking is super convenient right near the storefront, making drop-offs and pickups fast and easy. Plus, being in the Aspen Grove center means plenty of surrounding shops and places to grab a bite while you're there. Highly recommend this store for device pickups and trade-ins!

  I almost always order new devices on their website and have them delivered. I guess this year they changed their policy where you have to mail in your trade ins to get them applied to your order. I’ve been trading in in-store for years without a problem. Not sure why they’d make a worse user experience for this all the sudden unless they’re trying to drive customers away from physical locations but annoying nonetheless. Apple’s devices and services are awesome when everything is working as intended but their customer service seems to be caught in a downward spiral in the last few years. It’s really quite a shame, hope they correct course.

  “Joel” needs to work on his customer service skills. I asked about a certain Apple Watch and was told “nope don’t have it” in a rude way. No follow up, just felt like he wanted us to leave the store. So I asked for a different model, he said they have it, and I asked if they would price match it. He said no, I referenced apples policy of price matching up to 10% of the price and he said nope won’t do it. The whole time he was very rude, not helpful, seemed frustrated with us even though we were very polite. I probably would have gone ahead and bought the watch but I just couldn’t bring myself to after being treated so rudely. So off to Best Buy we go!
