  Walked in today to get assistance. Backtrack app continuously coming open on watch face annd staying after turning off through settings. Got sent to back of store. Another young man took us to an 3rd employee. That young lady was irritated that no be made an appointment and said it would be 1 1/2 hours but she couldn’t make the appointment until she finished up with her current appointment then turned and walked away… husband went back to the front of the store to the first employee and said I couldn’t get help as I didn’t have an appointment. Gentleman said he would never send anyone back without an appointment. Seeing me walk up and husband reminded him of my request he apologized. He tried to remove the Backtrack app, restart watch with the app still coming back. Confused he said we would get a text for an appointment when to come back in for an appointment. Soooo….No text at the 90 minutes… we walked in and spoke with an 4th employee apparently the guy put us on a list for possible appointments to be fit in if available! Just BE HONEST AND PERFORM YOUR JOB AND COMMUNICATE HONESTLY! YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO!

  Another great experience at the Aspen Grove Apple Store. We had an appointment to have our 4-year-old iPad checked for a possible issue, and Anthony was extremely helpful. He ran diagnostics, explained the device’s health clearly, and walked us through trade-in and upgrade options. Excellent service from Anthony—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

  We should have read the reviews first... The bad ones are clearly true. We helped a friend buy an i-phone here. She is 70, and tech illiterate. She scheduled an appointment to have someone help her setup her phone and show her how to use it. She had the appointment with "Twist". He was very nasty to her. He did not want to help her with the phone, said he only did "more advanced things" like setup videos. We offered to go back with her. She was so distraught she does not want to go to this store again. I'm surprised that Apple does not do better than this.

  this apple store is for old people to get lessons on tech, not for people to actually get repairs done. i heard several people, aside from myself, present with a broken device and told that there were no in person same day device swap options. i made an appointment which did not matter at all; despite being more than on time, i wasn’t served until 35+ minutes afterwards. it took another 25 minutes to establish that i wouldn’t be able to make a swap and that i’d need to mail it out, which i could have done from home. massive waste of time. they have continued to waste time and miscommunicate in all aspects of this repair. they sent me my headphones back without the cushions, with no communication or warning, and i had to call in again to figure out where they were and what the problem was. and instead of mailing them to me from the warehouse, like with the body of the headphones, i have to make ANOTHER visit to this store to pick them up. when this all should have been resolved on visit #1 with a simple swap. i deeply regret taking my headphones here for repair. next time i will genuinely just throw the object out and replace it with a non-Apple product.
