  Used my upgrade cause I was wrongfully told that if I bought a new phone that the cricket protect will be on my account and I'll be able to transfer back to my old phone and there be insurance. To find out that since it's not a brand new device the protect care plan won't stay on.

  Worst customer service I've ever had. Emily the "store manager" was rude and very disrespectful. She lied on multiple things and when I'd try and get clarification she acted like I was dumb and gave me dirty looks without explaining a thing. I dont see how she is even a manager let alone still has a job. I had to go 1 hour away to a different town to get the problem fixed even though I had just set up service and a day later already needed help fixing a problem she created. Tina on the other hand I give 5 Stars in LA Junta! She not only fixed the problem but explained everything and was extremely professional and empathetic with the situation. I'll never go to Lamar location again.

  My elderly mom went in to get her phone looked at due to an issue and one of their employees decided to sell her a different phone. She did NOT need a new phone and I told my mom to go take the phone back and the cricket store only gave her back the money for the phone and NOT the activation fee that they charged her for the new phone that she returned. I spoke to the manager and I have been getting excuses about some upper management needing to ok the refund but it has been over a month now. I have also asked who owns the store and the employees DO NOT know who own it either? come on now! They don't know who writes their checks? My mom did not ask for a new phone so they need to return the activation fee. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO GIVE A PHONE TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT NEED ONE!!!!! SORRY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND VERY POOR TRAINING!!!
