- MDMicheline DudleyJun 5, 20261.0Used my upgrade cause I was wrongfully told that if I bought a new phone that the cricket protect will be on my account and I'll be able to transfer back to my old phone and there be insurance. To find out that since it's not a brand new device the protect care plan won't stay on.

She lied on multiple things and when I'd try and get clarification she acted like I was dumb and gave me dirty looks without explaining a thing. I dont see how she is even a manager let alone still has a job. I had to go 1 hour away to a different town to get the problem fixed even though I had just set up service and a day later already needed help fixing a problem she created. Tina on the other hand I give 5 Stars in LA Junta! She not only fixed the problem but explained everything and was extremely professional and empathetic with the situation. I'll never go to Lamar location again.

I switched companies to Spectrum so they won't refund my payment or talk to me about it. Since I've asked for a manager, I've been on hold almost 40 minutes and that after talking to someone for fifteen minutes. You can tell a company by how it treats customers with problem.
