All I wanted to do was activate a second line on my account for my son. So I went online to set this up and received an email with the instructions to activate the eSIM. However I was NEVER able to activate it. I have called customer service MULTIPLE times on MULTIPLE different days. NOBODY was able to help me activated the eSIM. NOBODY cancelled the line like I asked on MULTIPLE different days. I have asked to speak with a supervisor many times and I have been hung up on every time. You guys have NO PROBLEM taking my money but will NOT HELP IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. if you are thinking of switching or going to cricket , DONT!!!!! They WILL steal from you and won’t do ANYTHING for you if you have any issue at all. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!
