  Went in there to buy a phone , young lady and man that were there very knowledgeable and helpful they help me find the perfect phone for me and my wallet, and the best part is that they are now open on Sundays so I can come on my day off to buy phone or to pay for my service 💯% best customer service

  Came in today to get a new phone!! The new management in store is amazing!!! She is so sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. She got me into a new phone with very little money!

  Is there no such thing as customer service anymore? Not at this place! I had to "suggest " ways so that this "manaquine" could help me! She was so quick to say there's nothing I can do. I do not recommend even thinking about going into this store.

  Cricket wireless works fine I just went to the Lafayette store and spent a hour to buy a phone was almost done but they didn't put the phone in inventory so they wouldn't sell it.🤔🤯🤯 they aren't open when they say they are so unprofessional cricket should fire the store save yourself some time and frustration go to another store
