  I've never had such a great experiance changing phone carriers. Karen at this location went above and beyond to help us get set up quickly - she even stayed an hour late just to make sure we got our phones up and running. I've had bad experiances in the past with Cricket and especially this location but gee-golly Karen really changed my mind!
