- JSJoseph SidersFeb 16, 20261.0NO STAFF AT A 24/7 EMERGENCY VET! On 2-16-26 my family unfortunately had to go to the vet emergency room for our dog Jax. We has called ahead at about 8:00 and we were told yes, they are able to receive Jax and look at him immediately. We left the house and got there in about 10 minutes and we were told that they wouldn't be able to help for at least 2 hours because a technician didn't show up to work. While they did recommend another emergency vet down the road, this situation is unacceptable for an EMERGENCY VISIT. Not having staff/staff redundancy at any 24/7 emergency room is ridiculous, and we caused an extra level of stress to Jax in his final hours of life by having to go place to place. I would not recommend here for just about any reason with this experience.

I brought my previous dog here for end of life care and they made it the best experience possible considering the circumstances, and truly made us feel cared for. I now drive out of my way to bring my current dog here anytime I need emergency or after hours vet care, as they are the one place I trust to provide amazing vet care. They are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and take the time to consider all options/courses of action to make sure your pet gets the exact treatment they need.

The tech on the phone showed no sense of urgency or empathy and began and ended nearly every sentence with ‘um.’ Instead of offering clear help or reassurance, she repeatedly said, ‘If you need assistance, please look at Parker AESE or the Colorado Humane Society.’ The lack of professionalism during what felt like a medical emergency was extremely upsetting.”
