  Dr. Brownlee is incredibly compassionate, attentive and she’s smart. We trust her with the care of our cats and have been thrilled with VCA’s customer service and her as a whole. Would highly recommend her.

  Refused to see my dog with abdominal pain because they’re closing in 30 minutes. No one else there but turned away a potentially ill animal; absolutely astonishing. I was going to register all 3 of our dogs with them as I had heard they had good care but I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

  I want to take a moment to thank VCA with one more star than they deserve. Not only did multiple vets at your organization over the course of years misdiagnose a spot on my dogs stomach, (literally YEARS), with “let’s just monitor it” and “here’s some ointment”, but now that my dog has passed away from the mass cell tumor that you never considered…now you’ve sent my wife a text telling us that he’s due for his rabies shot. And receiving this text AFTER my wife called you and told you to delete all communications about him because he had passed. So thank you for 1) killing my dog due to your incompetence, and 2) thank you for rubbing salt in our wounds as we are mourning the loss of our dog which has been gone for only 8 days. We will never use your severely overpriced clinics again for our other two dogs or future dogs. We have found other providers that are more affordable, more caring, and knowledgeable, and not incompetent. Anyone reading this, should look at other places in either Littleton (off Broadway) or Highlands Ranch, they are both better options for you and your pets.

  I’ve only had one appointment with this location so far but really loved it. They made it feel like a small town office, even sent a handwritten note later welcoming us. The vet was very caring and cautious with our new nervous puppy. She spent more time than needed with me to give me tips on care and training. We’ll be bringing our older dog here next as the other vet we used nearby recently had me wait 1 hour for the vet to administer his vaccines.
