  I liked it I buyed a vr and gaming glasses and it was at a good price and it was a great time being there and it smelled good like and it was spacious

  OMG, Impossible to speak to a person at the store. Best Buy corporate has insisted on a stupid AI to direct my calls to a national person on a pressing matter. I was assured someone would call- back within 2 hours. You guessed it, no call as suggested. Called into the AI queue, to no avail. Easy enough, I appreciate they don't want my business, noted, moving on. Thanks, for making such poor anti- customer service decisions.

  SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE!!!! Best Buy (in store customer service GRAND JUNCTION COLORADO) and geek squad is a complete rip off and a waste of your time. I'm not one to normally write a review but if I can save someone $$ and a pissed off day I will. DO NOT BUY SERVICE PLAN EXPECTING A REPLACED DEVICE IF ITS NOT REPAIRABLE BECAUSE THEY WONT HONOR THEIR PLAN. The store has completely went to shit and keeps getting worse. There is zero care about their customers.

  Best buy never disappoints when it comes to customer service, its always awful! After purchasing new appliances we were issued a store credit, as a reward. Reward in name only. When we tried to purchase a smart watch using the credits we were told we couldn't apply the credit for the purchase even though we were responsible for the tax which is reasonable and acceptable. You cant call the store directly and there were no "managers" available to discuss it with. You "best buy" your electronics anywhere else, try Sams Club, or anywhere else if you want transparency and competency. This store is undeserving of the effort it takes to drive there!

  I purchased a Whirlpool microwave from them 3/18/26 and had it installed by their contractor on 3/23/26. The microwave went out on 4/15/26. Called Best Buy and spoke to a customer service and he said Best Buy will not stand by this product after 14 days from purchase even thought it is not working. And that I would have to call Whirlpool to get it fixed. Called Whirlpool and they will not fix it. Why does Best Buy not stand behind its products and contracted service?? Piss poor customer service!!! Will never buy from them again. Thinking seriously about suing them. Have already told neighbor about them. He was going to buy an expensive TV from them but will be buying elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Best Buy!!
