- HHH0M3R420Apr 11, 20265.0I went into the store thinking that I was going to have a bad customer service experience from reading all the reviews, but it was far from that the nice lady asked me what she can help me with I explained that I had broke my phone and needed a new one ,her customer service was outstanding,it’s crazy cause her name was Karen and she was far far away from being a Karen ,I just want to say thank you Karen for all that you do and they should give you raise,I will be returning if I need anything else
