Lousy phone service! Texts and voicemail arrive hours or days late, calls often don't come through at all, the store isn't open during the hours posted on the door. What a mess.

I feel like crying. I just went into this location and the man working with the red hair acted like I was bothering him for asking questions about the phones.I went in to get a new phone and switch service and ended up walking out because of his rude reply to the last question I asked him.I asked him If a phone on one of their signs with a 5G and he replied with "That's why you need to look at the sign".

The discreptancy in our increased bill was explained stating the hotspot added & charged for a full month 2 days ago at another location was billed for another month. Also, apparently ins was added without our consent at another location. Poor phone selection too, but at least we get good signal. Pleased with explation & patience at this location.
