  Basic Care Only - I don't know what happened, but this vet is not nearly as good as it used to be. Expect a 20-45 minute wait on hold if you call. (It really is that ridiculous!) I felt like my last few appointments were rushed. The front desk area looked like a paper tornado flew through; it may be a sign of the chaos in the building. I will have to look for a new vet. Preferably, an office that answers phones within 5 minutes and takes the time to meet the pets we entrust with their care. I love the emergency area and have nothing but good things to say about that side of the business.

  This place is going to hell... I've had concern for a couple of years now but every time I bring my here if is progressively getting worse... We all visit i.e. do bussiness with all sorts of businesses and one thing we all have in common is a turnover in people... This place has had this issue for years but I feel its coming from the top down... This is a culture issue not just poor training for the staff at hand... Just an opinion of a ten year ( with just this Dane) customer but over twenty years being a VCA customer...

  To badi had to give tbis place a star i called because our car that we have had for 18 years is not moving and the woman that answer the phone was useless and rude

  Love the staff and they saved my dachshund from IVDD (Shoutout to Dr. Kopf and the neuro team!!!!). They're always listening to my concerns and helping me feel calm. However, good luck with calling in for a question. Currently on hold for 59+ minutes after selecting #3 Client Care from the automated menu. Haven't spoken to a human yet.

  The Dr was nice enough but everything about this experience was horrible. $162 for the Dr to not even get a single vital on my cat. My cat didn’t even leave her carrier once. 3 hours of wait time and I only got an update when I left my cat alone to go check in with the receptionist who was sitting at her desk with airpods in. Dr couldn’t remember very basic info about my cat’s status (unable to eat) and suggested I give her medicine with food when she’s not even eating normally. I get there is a lot happening in an emergency setting but it felt like nobody there cared about the wellbeing of my animal enough to treat her with any urgency or remember basic info about her status.
