  No vengas a esta tienda , hay un tipo de barba y apariencia mexicana que quiso robarme cobrándome y un forro y un protector para el teléfono que estaba intentando comprar, le dije que sacara eso de mi cuenta que no quería comprar un forro y solo se enojó y dijo que si no compraba lo que él quería agregar con ese teléfono no podría venderlo, cuidado que lo quería agregar sin que yo lo supiera y cobrarlo

  OMG!!! What a great place to sign up for Cricket and get a phone. We signed up for 3 lines and the price was awesome. The phones a really great too. Jennifer and Alfonso were so very nice, and helpful, and very customer friendly. In fact, I kind of messed up my phone settings and they fixed it perfectly and apologized for mishap. Thanks for everything. We were really happy and excited to find this store and these people. I highly recommend using this store. Thank you. LA

  Cesar and alfonso are so nice!! They transferred everything and made it really easy to understand! By far some of the best customer service ive ever had

  I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.
