The sign out front advertised a free galaxy 17 with a new account. At 63 years of age I needed a new phone but had limited income. I went in back and asked how much. First month, start fees, taxes, less than 100 dollars i was told. Great! I'll be back on the first of the month i said. When I returned I asked: how much? First month, start fee's, taxes, maybe 110 dollars. OK I said. Went through the start up process. Cost? Darn near 140 dollars. Oh, I didn't get a galaxy a-17. I got a galaxy a-16. Truthfully it wasn't the money that bothered me. It was Lee the store clerk looking me straight in the eye and lying to me. I had to return the next day to get the charger cord she failed to give me. Go somewhere else!

Celeste and Aiden were amazing when me and my family came in to get a new plan. They both were super patient and we’re very knowledgeable about all of the different plans and pricing options. My kids all got new phones and we all left. Super happy! Thanks again guys.
