  This is the most pretentious obnoxious place I’ve ever been to in my life. I can not stand this place and would boycott Apple all together if they didn’t rule the world! Outrageous bs here all the time!

  Every time I need something, this store lets me down. I made a 5:35 appointment to have a screen repaired, to not be seen till after 6 and then get told it was too late to have the repair done. Why was I allowed to make the appointment in the first place if it couldn’t be repaired? I’m a working mom and I want a company that respects my time. Having to make a second trip is superfluous and disrespectful.

  They don’t approach customer they just walk around and just talking to each other , almost there for an hour no one ask if we need anything, i just need to buy the 17 pro max, why hire those people walking around and talking to their co workers. Just drove 30 mins away to another apple store and did it right there, they’re more than efficient and fast in helping.

  After being greeted by staff, initially laying out our concern, we were told that we needed to wait over at "that table". We waited 4-5 minutes and another staff member said that our concern could be addressed by "the other table over there". Another 4-5 minute wait and we were directed to the big room to the north and someone could help us there. After another 4-5 minutes and for the 3rd time laying out our concern we were told that we would need to set an appointment for over 3 hours later or another date. We also were given the option to go to another store over an hour away or schedule an appointment with them. We asked if they could internally set the appointment, and were greeted with a No. We started to engage with this appointment process while still in the store using the WIFI and ran into a problem that I needed assistance on as the process was unclear once I had begun. I sought out a staff member to ask what choice do I select and I was instructed to get in that line and someone would help me. Waiting in line for a half of an hour I was greeted by Jackson, who when asked how he could help said "oh, that only will take a second to accomplish and sat us down and we were out in 5minutes or so for a non-complex concern. The 99% of the staff we dealt with was not helpful and not customer focused. They were just pressing the cattle through the chute without regard to customer service. Jackson was the 1% that was outstanding and actually took customer service seriously. Thank you Jackson!

  Was a terrible experience. Appointment made to clean out phone port and waited more than an hour to get helped. Everyone who came in after us left before us. Spoke to the manager and he was unhelpful. Said sorry no one let you know we were behind when he checked us in. May be worth going to an authorized shop or different location.
