  I had an appointment, check in was smooth but took them 40 minutes to assist me and then when I was being helped the worker disappeared and then went on to help 5 other customers, she said she would be back in 10 mins never did nor never bothered to check up on me. I had to ask assistance from someone else . I was there for over 2 hours and left with no fix. Waste of time. Other customers were also waiting there prior to us and they also had no follow up. Apple employees, Do better!

  Trust the bad reviews.. If you’re going to this location, be ready to be offended. Customer service is terrible! We were literally got disrespected by a female stuff who wore glass and has brown hair. After we decided what to purchase, we waited stuffs to come and help us to purchase the AirPod max. 7minutes past, No one came over and asked if we need any help.. Then my wife waved her hand to this female stuff hoping she could help.. but her attitude was rude. She literally said ‘Come over here and ask!’ Looking us with angry face. Hello? We are not your employer!! you are the one who’s working in customer service position and get paid by doing your work! Do better cherry creek Apple team I wish I could give 0 stars or even complaint to Apple customer service if it was possible. I wish this rude stressed girl reads this and fix her attitude. Do better!

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store, and if giving zero stars were possible, I would absolutely do so. I simply came in to purchase an item, yet I was treated as though I were asking for something for free. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, and I know working in customer service can be stressful. However, the staff at this location seemed extremely impatient and unprofessional, especially the young woman working at the desk on the right side. Her attitude toward customers was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I sincerely hope the staff, particularly that employee, learns to manage personal frustrations without directing negativity toward customers.

  The experience and service provided exceeded my expectations. Above and beyond throughout. Honestly, it was a breeze. I had 2 appointments for 2 different devices and the whole thing took less than an hour. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job in ensuring that both appointments ended with the best resolution for the respective product I brought. 5 stars!

  If I could give zero stars to this store, I would. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm to use my AppleCare plan to replace cracked back glass on an iPhone 16 and was told that walk in appointments would be taken in three hours. I spent the next three hours tooling around the mall waiting for the store to text me as they said they would, and the text never came. After three hours, I checked in again and was told to sit at a table to wait for an associate. I waited for another half hour (3.5 hours at this point!) and asked again when I might be helped. I was told I was next and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes (almost four hours now). The associate who came to help advised that they only had three technicians in that day, and as such, we would be unable to be helped until the next day. Needless to say, I was frustrated after waiting for four hours only to be told they wouldn't help us. I escalated to the repair lead who was beyond unhelpful - he was simply rude. I asked to escalate further to the store manager and was told he was unavailable, and the lead wouldn't tell me when he would be available to help. For a brand built on the reputation of fantastic service, this store is an embarrassment. I'll drive the extra distance next time to Park Meadows or any other store to avoid interacting with these people in the future.
