  I went in to pay My bill and they convinced me to get international calls and paid $10 with they bill then the next day My phone was cut off. When i went into the store, the Rep (ivan) couldnt Even explain why it was cut off. Terrible service

  A $500 phone cost me $700, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they tell you that it will cost you one price and when it comes time to pay they charge you another price.

  I am really upset because I went to buy a Sim card and they overcharged me with a accessory I DID NOT purchase and we went back and they refunded me but told me that I still had to pay the Sim card I really don’t care about paying for it but they charge me a screen protector. I know you guys work for commission but if you’re just getting a Sim card sell only that And offer accessories or any cell just don’t overcharge. Thank you Israel for not going the extra smile. You can be ambitious on getting to your goal and commission but not this way
