  I had such an incredible experience with the Dyson team member who helped me with my Airwrap today. He was genuinely like magic! Not only did he troubleshoot and fix my issue so quickly, but his knowledge across so many Dyson products was honestly impressive. What stood out most was how kind, patient, and calm he was despite helping what seemed like an endless line of people almost entirely on his own. He never made anyone feel rushed and took the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to come across someone who is both exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely warm with customers. Dyson is lucky to have him, he completely changed my experience and made me even more excited about the brand.

  All these years I thought this was just a store that sold Dyson products , I had no idea it was a service center inside. I desperately needed my 2 vacuums to be repaired and was worried I was going to have to purchase a new one. I came in this morning with my 4 kids (no appointment needed) and Ariana had me in and out of there within 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and professional service! Thanks so much!

  There were 4 other people waiting for their service so I was expecting to be there a long time. The guys running it today were highly efficient and had my vacuum in their hands within 5 or 10 minutes. Really impressive how well they worked and helped all the people waiting.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this repair center. One of the brushes on my Dyson Ball Animal + vacuum stopped rotating. I walked in, no appointment, and literally within 15 minutes, and $83.00, I had a brand new brush assembly. Ian was so knowledgeable and so friendly and just made it really easy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new vacuum, I'm thrilled. Check out the attached photo. By the way, when you buy Dyson products be sure to register them.

  Took my 16+ year old ball animal 3 in with fingers crossed but was not surprised when the diagnosis of dying motor and another part would have made repairs more expensive than a new one on sale. Said sale was happening and inventory was in stock so I was happy to reinvest. In and out quickly and Brad was great. ….5 year warranty says a lot. The cheap Bissell we got in the meantime didn’t make it a year.
