  Wow, awesome service!!! My dyson air wrap had been turning on and off randomly. I called and they told me to bring it in to the service center, saying it might take a couple weeks to fix. The older gentleman helping me out had it diagnosed with a new cord on it in 5 minutes! Easy process, quick turn around, no paperwork on my end. He also managed a growing line calmly and assuredly. Whatever you're paying him, he probably deserves a raise 💯 My only suggestion- store hours are a bit weird. I got there right at 3:30 and about 6 people came in right after me. He was quick, but that seems like a lot of pressure to manage that influx of customers. They may need more staff at this location.

  Great service! I brought in a vacuum and an air wrap. Within 15 mins, he diagnosed and fixed both. Really happy with the experience.

  I had an excellent experience at the Dyson repair shop near Park Meadows. Ethan was the technician who helped me, and he deserves a lot of credit. He was working by himself, still managed to get me in and out quickly, and made the entire process easy. I originally came in last week with a battery issue on a refurbished Dyson vacuum. Ethan got it working, but after I got home, I noticed there was also a trigger issue. I brought it back in, and Ethan took care of it right away. They ended up swapping out the top upper piece on my Dyson V15, and now it basically feels like I have a brand-new vacuum. The service was fast, professional, convenient, and incredibly helpful. Ethan was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly cares about taking care of customers the right way. If you need Dyson vacuum repair near Park Meadows, Lone Tree, or the Denver metro area, I highly recommend this location. Ethan made what could have been a frustrating repair situation completely painless.

  I took my stick vacuum in this morning, it had been slowly having power issues to the point where it wouldn’t start and the LCD was dead. In the time it took me to check in with the QR code the tech had taken my vacuum back, replaced the faulty part, and handed me my working vacuum back. Service doesn’t get better than that. Amazing job!!!!
