  Great Genius Bar! I took my laptop and phone in. My laptop was running hot and slow. It's eight years old or so, but Cody was still able to make it run much better. I'm not sure what all he did, but it's running great now! I also left knowing the next steps to try if I start having another issue. For my phone, I thought the screen was cracked and didn't even think to see if it was just my screen protector (I didn't think it would actually work that well). Cody checked and was upfront and honest about me not needing another screen. He also helped me with getting a new charger. Very impressed and happy with his service! I was in and out pretty quickly given the multiple issues I walked in with.

  I read the reviews before coming here and I have NO idea what everyone else was talking about. This store is outstanding. I was there at around 6:30pm on Friday night, and it was incredibly busy, but Avi found us right away and made sure we were taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly, helped me weigh my options of which MacBook model I wanted (I knew, but I wanted to hear his opinion too!) and was super patient with us when my UniDays was giving me trouble. He was kind, pleasant, funny and knowledgeable and really made my first Apple Store experience a great one. Great job, Avi and team. I look forward to shopping here again.

  Booked a repair here (Apple Care-covered). The Boulder store said Flatirons had the parts and should do the repair in 90 minutes. Dropped the phone off at 1:25pm, and after 5pm, I received a call ON THE PHONE’S NUMBER, not the number we had left with the store for updates, that they needed authorization for a paid part beyond the Apple Care scope. They did not leave a message. We called the “store number”, and after multiple automated and out-of-country transfers, they finally transferred us to the store. The repair was done 5 hours later than expected, after our pressure, and they replaced the screen protector with fuzz and bubbles underneath, so I’ll be going to the TMobile store for replacement of the screen protector (which was perfectly fine pre-lens fix.. the lens is not on the screen side) after I get back in TMobile store zone. Overall, I should have just waited to handle the repair at the Boulder store. We won’t be returning to the Flatirons location.

  Try scheduling an appointment here you, you’ll be waiting 30 mins before you even talk to anybody but walk in without an appointment and get helped immediately like what??? Horrible service. You come here, your on there time they’ll help you by the end of the day maybe.

  Got my iPhone battery replaced here. Shortly after I began to get substantial condensation inside the cameras. They said it wasn’t their fault and wouldn’t cover it. Obviously it was. My phone was never submerged at any point. Will never go back.
